So here I am sitting at my desk at the office, trying to get some work done but being that it's Friday, I'm wishing I'm elsewhere enjoying the day away. Work has been all right and am in the midst of getting everything together for the big office move in August. We will be sending our first announcement for the change of address to all of our clients, rental owners and tenants, vendors and insurance companies by the end of next week and then a second notice after the move-in has been completed (or almost complete) and we have all the telephone & fax numbers running. One good news is that we finally we will be upgrading to Roadrunner for our online services, so no more dial-up! Will just have to bear with it for another month or so at the office, waiting for certain pages to load up for at least a couple minutes. I guess I've been spoiled at home since we got roadrunner the beginning of this year so I usually dread going online from work. This weekend won't be any fun either. I'll have to work on Sunday as we (Lucy & I) are doing an open house out in Mililani Town. It's a really nice house - big and spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath single level home with a 2 car carport parking. If anyone's interested, the address is 94-508 Holaniku Street between 2pm and 5pm.
Yesterday, we drove out to Kapolei to visit Ryan's grandpa one last time before he flies out to Hilo with Uncle Aaron for about a month. Ryan's dad was back on Oahu too for business and he came by for a short visit as well. We stayed there for about an hour or so, then drove to Waikele as I was returning 2 skirts that I'd bought from last weekend and had a change of heart on actually keeping it after trying it on again at home. What was I thinking?? I guess I was just on a shopping spree mode that I thought it good nice when I tried it on at the store. Anyways after Waikele, we drove back into town, made a short stop at LONGS as Ryan had to buy some 4x6 index cards for class, then we bought dinner at McDonalds and finally we're on our way home. We ended the night by eating our dinner and continued to watch season one of "Gilmore Girls" on DVD. Yeah, we started watching it over the weekend after completing "24".
