Unbelieveably, March is upon us. First, a birthday shoutout to my cousin, Alexia! She's one of the many special leap year babies that celebrates an official birthday once every four years and makes her considerably younger than most everybody else!! Are you a Dawson's Creek fan?
We've turned into aliens. We started watching Dawson's Creek: Season 1 last night and will continue on until Season 5 and hopefully by the time we get done with all five seasons, we will be ready for Season 6, which is due to be released on April 4. Woohoo! Yups, that will be our reason for staying home and driving ourselves insane! Hehehe! But you gotta admit it, DVDs don't just make watching TV shows more convenient; they change the entire viewing experience. It's a couch potato's dream come true! While I caught some episodes of Dawson's Creek on the WB, for instance, watching them in long, commercial-free chunks sucks me into the action more intensely. I catch references I missed the first time around. Characters seem more complex, and dialogue sounds smarter than when it was crammed between Pizza Hut and tampon ads. It's Ryan's fault for turning me into a DVD buff! Our DVD collection has grown since we got together and I pressume will continuing to grow...which reminds me, I gotta update the DVD list!
