Am a day late in wishing everyone a Happy July 4th...I really hope you had a wonderful day. Seeing that both R and myself had the day off, we simply just chilled. Instead of spending it at home, we took a drive out to North Shore for some ice cream. The craving for pineapple ice cream brought us to Dole Plantation. My first time there was sometime last year and gosh, they did some major remodelling and expansions since then. Being that it was a holiday, the place was packed with locals as well as tourists. After spending a good twenty minutes in line to buy the ice cream, that first bite was simply...SINFUL! It was so sinful that I even forgot to take a photo of the ice cream or me taking that first bite! Below are some pictures taken while we were there. There were pineapples everywhere...
