I just ate and I feel full! I am also gaining weight! I guess I should be eating smaller portions more often because it apparently keeps your metabolism going steady. True? Gotta do it, gotta get the pounds off. pretty simple plan - making it happen will be the trick! I want to lose weight and get in better shape. Any suggestions? Maybe, I will start doing sit-ups and push ups tomorrow...wish me luck.

a few years ago, i lost a lot of weight by running, running, and running! of course, i had to eliminate all fast food and processed food. all the good stuff are bad for us! remeber, moderation is key, and don't deprive yourself of your cravings. if you're craving for that chocolate, have a little piece. good luck, and have a good weekend.
Hi! Be aware [and beware!] that "losing weight" is not as important as "losing fat"! I recently got myself a gizmo that measures body fat %, and that helped me determine/confirm that I am currently at a waaaaaay too high body fat %. But at least now I have a way of monotoring my progress that's better than the superficial weighing scale. btw, a good place to start is to determine what your goal[s] is/are. Then kinda "program" yourself with 'em [repeat them to yourself in the morning/evening/whenever] using the present tense; e.g. I work out four times a week and feel great / I look down and see my toes! / I am 13% body fat. Couple that with a reasonable active lifestyle and food intake, and you should be fine. Me? I got many many lbs to shed - my target is about 40lbs fat lighter by March 07 :-)
how to lose weight?... uhhm, i guess it would help if you don't go out where the yummy restos are, don't watch tv, coz you just might see ads of lots of food, don't go to the grocery, or don't even go out of your room because your feet might take you to your kitchen... in short, it's nearly impossible! hahaha! just kidding. how to lose weight has been one of my unanswered questions too since highschool :)
