Ryan and I are both sick and have been since Sunday evening. It's "just a cold" (not cataclysmic yet) but it includes a lot of coughing, sneezing, a stuffy nose and I can say without reservation that it truly sucks. Blah! Since both of our throats are really sore, this is what I made us for dinner last night ~ chicken long rice over rice and a bowl of chinese herbal soup (which I brewed in the crockpot before leaving for work) ~ ahhhh...my throat is a little better today (plus I still have 2 bowls of soup for leftovers)
