Are you into cars at all??

Is a car just a means of transport or is it much more than that? Surely it's just a machine which makes some aspects of our lives easier. Or is it? I had never understood how people could be nuts over a car. But then again, a car is something different for everyone. It could just be a means to an end, the most convenient way of getting to where you want to go. It could be your work; it could be your life. But whatever a car represents, it can be a reference point to a certain time, a reminder of days gone by just as a song or a place can take you back years. I like driving my Accord. It's a reliable and comfortable transportation and it gets me from one place to another. While it is far from driving my dream cars...owning my first car...made me realize the connection and slowly I learned the pleasures of driving! Okay...I admit...I have a car fetish. I enjoy the fact that my car mirrors some of my personality attributes, or reflects my life in some way. The two of us genuinely have some terrific moments together. Sometimes I even pamper my car.

It's hard to resist the new car allure. Yep, getting a new set of wheels is one of those wonderful sources of high-octane excitement! I'd like to buy an expensive car someday when it makes financial sense and I've had my eye on a couple cars. Yes, I love fast cars! Fine I don't much about stats/specific stuff like the engine, steering, suspension, braking system and other driving dynamics, but what draws me to a particular car is it's beautiful design; both exterior and interior. I found four that I really...really love to own...someday...and they are (in no random order)

Lexus IS300

Enter the IS300...doesn't it look sassy? At first glance, the IS300 could be mistaken for one of a number of less sophisticated cars of its size. Especially in the ho-hum grey paint that adorns so many autos. But this appearance belies a highly sophisticated luxurious sport sedan and the styling grew on me ~ undeniably smooth, fast and sleek.

Infinity G35 Coupe

Now this is a car that I can fall in love with. I particularly love its long hood/short deck-lid styling and the car's bulging fenders and aggressive stance which accentuates its so sporty and stylish style!

Audi A4

Audi's A4 has what it takes to be an exciting and rewarding car to own...it has the solid feel of a big car, even though it's a small car! I like its sharp, sporty design look that trades a little cleanness for a lot more meanness.

BMW M3

Folks, you can't get much better than a BMW. The BMW M-Series is in a class all to its own! Strong lines interact with soft curves. Smooth steel and fine leather bring a tactile richness to every detail. The closer you come to the M3, the more it touches you. M3's are hard to beat in the sports car vs. real car sweepstakes. This car rocks!!!
