TGIF! Another week is coming to an end and we say hello to another weekend. Plans for the weekend so far is to watch 2 movies; Kill Bill: vol. 2 and The Punisher. Which day for which movie hasn't quite been decided, or Ryan has but I wasn't really paying attention, as I was busy concentrating something else on the computer when he was going off about it. We bought the Kill Bill: vol. 1 on DVD last night at blockbusters. Initially we went to the one at Kapiolani, but they were all sold out, and continued to tell us that both Ala Moana and Market City too were all sold out. We were bummed at we were all psyched about buying it. So we took a chance and drove to Kahala's one and what do you know, they had plenty in stock. Woohoo, we chanced it and scored! So on our way back, we stopped at McDonald's, we got ourselves milkshake and fries and put the DVD in the player. I totally dig the movie!
Haven't gone shopping for a while, or at least shopping for clothes. There's a sidewalk sale this weekend at Ala Moana Mall so that's something to think about. I have so much clothes but then again I'll never get tired of shopping for new ones (hehe) I must admit though, I don't think I have the space unless I buy a new dresser or have someone build me a bigger closet!!
Not sure if my mom will come online tonight to chat, as I haven't chatted with her for a while. We were suppose to about 2 weeks ago, but because of power failure back home, she didn't come on until a later time. She didn't come on last weekend because it was Easter and they were going to church and had some other plans. I hope she'll come on tonight as I miss her and home and want to talk to her about everything. I've emailed her about almost everything but still I want to chat with her because it feels like we talking to each other (not face to face) but almost like how we talk on the phone. It takes patience though with the internet as she doesn't type as fast as I do, and plus her connection is slower so there's always this "1 minute pause" while waiting for her reply! I'm still undecided whether or not to still go home this year for vacation. My best friend is planning her wedding early next year so I might just consider waiting until then. But I haven't seen my family or friends for almost 2 years, and I miss them so much, so I'm still deciding.
Well I'm out of here to go on my lunch break, so happy Friday to all!
