...and that was what R and I did this weekend! After work on Thursday evening, we drove to Sam's Club to shop for some essentials and also pick up "Heroes" on DVD. We watched a couple episodes that night during dinner and we've been hooked on it ever since. We decided to stay in over the weekend, and watch it as a non-stop marathon until we were done. The last time we did such a thing was a few years back when we were both sick together and we watched Dawson's Creek ~ Season 2 and 3!
Just as an overview for those of you who haven't seen or heard about it...it is about the story of several people who "thought they were like everyone else... until they realized they have incredible abilities" and ultimately, this disparate group of people will be asked to save the world. My two favorite characters are Peter Petrelli (played by Milo Ventimiglia) and Hiro Nakamura (played by Masi Oka).
So now, am looking forward to the second season which is scheduled to premiere on September 24, 2007. If you haven't seen it, give it a try. Well...who else is a fan?
