I'd set my alarm for 8.30am the previous night because I'd planned to get an early start for my day of shopping at the factory outlet in Waikele on Monday. I do not know what had happened but I didn't hear the alarm go off but what woke me up at 9am was my cellphone ringing. It was Ryan. The last time I spoke to him was around 6-ish Sunday evening. He was just heading out to meet some old co-workers and go drinking and also to remind me to tape the new HBO series ROME. Anyways, long story short...I turned in around 10.30pm and didn't pick up his calls (five missed calls from 11.32pm and onwards) so he was calling that early to find out why I didn't answer his calls. THE NERVE! But it was a good thing that he'd called (my alternate morning wake-up call) since I didn't hear my alarm. By 9.30am, I was all ready! I was suprise that the freeway wasn't jammed pack with cars being that it was a holiday but then again it was still early in the day. Good thing I got to Waikele early because by mid-morning, I could hear cars honking at each other and see a long line of cars waiting trying to get into the parking area...to find a parking stall.
So here's the damage done to my wallet by the end of the day when I got done shopping; which was around 3.45pm...
1. 3 pairs of shorts
2. 3 pairs of shoes
3. 1 denim jacket
4. 1 sheer/lace tank-top
5. 1 skinny polo tee-top
6. 1 checkered long-sleeved shirt
7. 1 sweatshirt with hoody
