Another Saturday well spent...
Ritsuko and I decided to meet up again for lunch and then go shopping afterwards. I picked her up at 12.30pm and drive out to Pearlridge. After checking out several places in the Pearl Kai Shopping center, we both agreed to give Champa Thai a run for our money as well as our tastebuds! We ordered 3 dishes ~ Pad Thai (Thai noodles pan seared in the famous Pad Thai sauce with chicken, eggs, bean sprouts and peanuts), Pineapple Curry (red curry paste with coconut milk, pork and pineapples) and finally a plate of Mixed Vegetables sauteed in their special sweet and sour sauce. Most of their dishes can be made with either Beef, Chicken, or Pork.
