This past week, I swear has been sorta a bizarre week. We had a man get caught at the airport security check-in as the screeners spotted and found a razor blade hidden in one of his shoes. He was en route to Kauai with his wife and four children yesterday morning when X-rays of his shoes revealed the hidden blade. The reason: he didn't know.
Then there was that fetus kidnapping case - how can someone be so inhumane? She strangled the poor pregnant lady, cut the near-term fetus from her womb and kidnapped the baby and what's worse is that she passed it off as her own to family and friends. How can the husband and family not know that the suspect wasn't pregnant to begin with? The good outcome out of all this was that the baby was found unharmed and returned to family.
And last night with the shooting at the neighboring apartment - it's almost unbelievable that right under your nose something terrible can be happening! There's no updates so far as to what really happened; no weapon and no suspects.
