I don't know what was up with the weather over the past weekend but it was just too damn C O L D and W I N D Y to be outdoors that we pretty much stayed in at the apartment the whole time with the exception when it time to buy take-out. It was also the first weekend that Ryan didn't have to work so it was nice to have someone to spend the cold weekend with. All of Saturday was spent either on the couch or in bed and we watched "Smallville: Season 3" on DVD (yes, I finally found it at Walmart after months of searching) and we completed the whole season by Sunday evening. We did have to get up early on Saturday, to take Ryan's dad to the airport – he was in town during the week for work and was leaving for Maui that morning. So after dropping him off, we decided to stop by Mitsu-ken and pick up the onolicious garlic chicken bento before heading home.
"Tax Time"
You have just about 16 days before the deadline for your 2004 income tax return is due, not unless you have filed for an extension...then you have until August 15th to submit your taxes. Are you all done? Me? Well as usual I did procrastinate but I must say that I am almost done and hope to file everything by the end of this week, I swear no later than by next Monday. With that in mind...I am currently also in the midst of rebuilding my budgeting system. It's that time again where I should be saving more than spending it away!
