So here I am at the new office, at my new desk, still tinkering away with my new computer and I know I have things tot ake care of, but I just have that lazy feeling and the desire of not wanting to do anything. Looking out the window, the sky is overcast and it's been raining of and on since morning; making me feel more lazy. It's one of those days that I wish today was either Saturday or Sunday and I was at home either in bed or on the couch watching TV. The selective productive things that I've managed to do all day was organize my "Favorites" folder on IE, file client statements, return calls from my voicemail and now the attempt to look busy by writing on my blog!
The transaction for the sale of the Mililani home will finally record tomorrow and I must say it was nice, smooth and no-hassle deal. I enjoyed working with the buyer's agent and there weren't too much of a hiccup during the whole deal. The other sale for Discovery Bay is scheduled to record on September 1st. We did our final walkthrough last Monday and everything seems to be in good order. All the scheduled repairs were done by the seller's agent and this weekend, we'll have our handiperson go in to finish up some minor repairs of our own. Good thing we had most of our rental occupy by new tenants so we're only left with one that's coming available on September 1st in the Aiea area.
I'll take to take photos of the new office soon and post it here. I must first finish organizing my desk area so it'll look presentable! It's almost organize with a slight clutter on the side but am trying my best to work on it. Each day, I move something around and by the end of the day I'll reconsider and move it back to it's original place. I'm still working of two computers as I can't completely transfer all programs and I need to find the installation CDs. Its the same at home too as I still have my old Compaq and I need to sell it fast. Anyone interested in getting another computer?
